 आज हम 26 जनवरी 2020 के दिन गणतंत्र दिवस पर यह ब्लॉग लिख
रहे हैं, जोकि संविधान लागू होने के बाद का 71 वां गणतंत्र दिवस है,
इसलिए हम 71 वा गणतंत्र दिवस का नाम लेंगे, अगर आप अगले
साल इस स्पीच को बोलेंगे तो 72 वां गणतंत्र दिवस नाम लेंगे /

 संबोधन,

सबसे पहले, मैं इस प्रांगण में उपस्थित, प्रबंधक महोदय,
प्रधानाचार्य महोदय ,अध्यापक गण,अभिभावक गण तथा मेरे प्यारे
भाइयों और बहनों,ka  आज के दिन की हार्दिक शुभकामनाओं के
साथ हार्दिक हार्दिक स्वागत करता हूं/

 मेरा नाम      ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, है /मैं दसवी कक्षा का छात्र हूं/
आज मैं इस गणतंत्र दिवस के शुभ अवसर पर आप सभी के सामने
अपने विचारों को प्रस्तुत करने जा रहा हूं, अगर मेरी बातों में कोई
त्रुटि हो ,तो कृपया उसे क्षमा करने का कष्ट  करिएगा /

आज हम सभी यहां पर बहुत ही खास अवसर पर 71वां गणतंत्र
दिवस मनाने के लिए इकट्ठे हुए हैं ,हमारे लिए आज का दिन केवल
एक पर्व ही नहीं ,बल्कि गौरव और सम्मान का दिन है, आज का दिन
,हम में से सभी भारतीयों के, चाहे वह किसी भी धर्म या
जाति के ही क्यों ना हो, सभी के अभिमान का दिन है ,आज जो
हम इकट्ठे होकर, इतने प्रसन्नता के साथ ,अपनी आजादी के साथ में,
अपने विचारों को व्यक्त कर पा रहे हैं ,यह इतनी आसानी से संभव
नहीं हुआ, इस हमारी आजादी और विचारों की स्वतंत्रता के पीछे ,
अनगिनत भारत मां के सपूतों, और वीरांगनाओं की कुर्बानी है /

अनगिनत लोगों की कुर्बानी के बाद, हमारे देश इसे हम भारत मां
कह कर पुकारते हैं, को 15 अगस्त 1947 के दिन आजादी मिली थी/
किंतु हमारे आजादी के बाद भी हमारा अपना कोई संविधान नहीं था /
हमारी स्वतंत्रता भारतीय स्वतंत्रता अधिनियम 1947 यूनाइटेड किंगडम
की संसद के एक अधिनियम के माध्यम से आई /

जिसने ब्रिटिश हुकूमत के, भारत को ब्रिटिश राष्ट्रमंडल के 2 नए स्वतंत्र
डोमिनियन में जो बाद में राष्ट्रमंडल का रूप धारण किया विभाजित
कर दिया / हमारी 15 अगस्त 1947 की स्वतंत्रता के बाद भी,Jarg vi के
साथ संवैधानिक राजशाही के रूप में अंग्रेज के निगरानी में अपनी
स्वतंत्रता प्राप्त की और स्वतंत्र होने के बावजूद भी अंग्रेज गवर्नर
जनरल के रूप में हमें लॉर्ड माउंटबेटन को स्वीकार करना पड़ा /

और अब भी हमें अंग्रेजों के संविधान के हिसाब से न्यायिक प्रक्रिया
से गुजरना पड़ता था/ क्योंकि हमारे देश में अभी तक कोई एक स्थाई
संविधान नहीं था/ अभी भी हमारा कानून संशोधित औपनिवेशिक
सरकार अधिनियम 1935 पर आधारित था / जिसका हल निकालने
के लिए 29 अगस्त 1947 को ड्राफ्टिंग कमेटी की नियुक्ति के लिए
एक प्रस्ताव लाया गया / ड्राफ्टिंग कमेटी को एक स्थाई संविधान का
मसौदा तैयार करने के लिए नियुक्त किया गया था /

जिसमें डॉक्टर भीमराव अंबेडकर को अध्यक्ष का पद सौंपा गया /
जिसे डॉक्टर भीमराव अंबेडकर और उनके अन्य साथियों ने मिलकर
एक मसौदा संविधान तैयार किया / और 4 नवंबर 1947 को संविधान
सभा को प्रस्तुत किया गया / हमारा संविधान इतनी आसानी से नहीं
बन गया / इस संविधान को बनाने के लिए 2 साल11 महीने और 8
दिन का समय लगा / itna समय लगाने के बाद में बाबासाहेब डॉक्टर
बीआर अंबेडकर की अगुवाई में विश्व का सबसे बड़ा संविधान लिखा गया /
जिसकी हस्तलिखित प्रति , जो संविधान की मूल प्रति है , वह आज भी
संसद भवन के पुस्तकालय में सुरक्षित रखी है , बनकर तैयार हुई /

इस संविधान को लिखने में बाबासाहेब डॉक्टर भीमराव अंबेडकर की
मुख्य भूमिका रही/ जिसके कारण उन्हीं को  ही भारत का संविधान
निर्माता कहा jata h / हमारे संविधान में वर्तमान समय में 465
अनुच्छेद 12 अनुसूचियां और 22 भागों में विभाजित है /
जिसकी दो प्रतियां, हिंदी और अंग्रेजी में हस्तलिखित हैं/
इतना बड़ा संविधान जिसके प्रारूप पर कुल 114 दिन बहस चली थी/
इसे 26 जनवरी सन 1950 को आज ही के दिन ,10:18m
पर लागू किया गया/ ध्यान रखना चाहिए कि जिस दिन संविधान बनकर
तैयार हुआ ,उसे संविधान दिवस के रूप में बनाया जाता है ,

जो 26 नवंबर 1949 को पूर्ण हुआ था/ भारत के संविधान के
26 जनवरी 1950 को लागू होने के बाद से भारत के प्रथम राष्ट्रपति
के रूप में डॉ राजेंद्र प्रसाद ने गवर्नमेंट हाउस के दरबार हाल
में शपथ ली थी / इस वक्त भारत के प्रथम गणतंत्र दिवस के
मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में इंडोनेशिया के राष्ट्रपति सुकरणों भी मौजूद थे /

 इस प्रकार  बड़ी ही मुश्किलों और संघर्षों के साथ में हमारा
खुद का कानून बनकर तैयार हुआ / और हमारा देश एक गणतंत्र
देश के रूप में सामने आया /
जिस गणतंत्र का अर्थ ही भारत के
लोगों का तंत्र है, अर्थात “गणतंत्र” का अर्थ है ,देश में रहने वाले लोगों
की सर्वोच्च शक्ति और सही दिशा में देश के नेतृत्व के लिए नेता को
चुनने का अधिकार केवल जनता के पास है ,इसलिए भारत

अर्थात गणतंत्र दिवस के रूप में बनाते हैं/ आज हम स्वतंत्र होकर
अपने बहुमूल्य मत का प्रयोग करके,अपने देश के प्रधानमंत्री को चुनते हैं/

 यह स्वतंत्रता की आजादी हमारे देश के बहुत से स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों के
संघर्ष और उनके प्राणों की आहुति के परिणाम स्वरूप, हमें पुरस्कार
स्वरूप में मिली /हमारे देश के जवानों और वीरांगनाओं ने अपने प्राणों
की आहुति दे दी / जिससे कि उनकी आने वाली पीढ़ी अर्थात हम लोगों
को कोई संघर्ष ना करना पड़े /और हम अपने देश को सिर्फ आगे की
तरफ बढ़ते हुए देख सकें/

किंतु हमें अफसोस होता है ,कि आज हमारे
देश की राजनीतिक स्थिति का हाल बहुत बुरा है , जिसमें लोग अपने
निजी स्वार्थ और लाभ के लिए उन मूल्यों को भी भूल जा रहे हैं /
और देश की उन्नति को के बारे में ना सोच कर अपने निजी स्वार्थ
को पूर्ण करने के लिए देश की सरकारी संपत्ति और अपने पद का
दुरुपयोग कर रहे हैं/

हमारा देश जिसे सब देशों से महान कहा जाता है/
आज अपनी महानता को khoता जा रहा है इस देश को आगे बढ़ाने के
लिए हमें अपने देश के उन महान नेताओं और महा महान स्वतंत्रता
सेनानियों जैसे महात्मा गांधी ,भगत सिंह, चंद्रशेखर आजाद,
लाला लाजपत राय, सरदार बल्लभ भाई पटेल ,लाल बहादुर शास्त्री
,खुदीराम बोस, दुर्गा भाभी ,और ऐसे ही अनेकों अनगिनत भारत मां
के वीर सपूतों , जो मात्र इंकलाब के नारा को अपना kar अपने प्राणों
की आहुति दे दी/

भारत को एक स्वतंत्र देश बनाने के लिए, इन लोगों
ने लगातार अंग्रेजों से लोहा लिया /एक के बाद एक लड़ाई लड़ी ,
और अपने आप को समर्पित करते चले गए ,आज हमें अपने इस स्वतंत्रता
और खुशी की विलासिता में इनके दुख पूर्व दिनों को इनके समर्पण को
भूलना नहीं चाहिए/

बल्कि हमें ऐसे महान अवसरों पर भारत मां के इन
वीर सपूतों को याद करके सलामी देनी चाहिए/ क्योंकि आज हमारी
स्वतंत्रता जिसमें हम अपने दिमाग से सोच सकते हैं, और बिना किसी
दबाव के अपने राष्ट्र में मुक्त होकर रह सकते हैं ,और अपने विचारों
को स्वतंत्र होकर व्यक्त कर सकते हैं ,यह इन्हीं वीर सपूतों की वजह
से मुमकिन हुआ है/

किंतु आज हमारे देश में भ्रष्टाचार,बलात्कार, चोरी, डकैती ,बेईमानी
,हत्या ,जैसी कई अन्य घटनाएं हो रही है/ जिससे हमारे भारत की एकता
और अखंडता समाप्त हो जाए ऐसे राजनीतिक चाल चले जा रहे हैं/
जो एक निराशा का विषय है ,डॉक्टर अब्दुल कलाम ने कहा है,
कि अगर अगर एक देश भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त होता है, तो सुंदर मस्तिष्क
का एक राष्ट्र बनता है /

अब्दुल कलाम जी का मानना था कि हमारे
जीवन में 3 मुख्य सदस्य होते हैं, जो हमारे जीवन में अपने ज्ञान और
तपोबल से अंतर पैदा कर सकते हैं, वह हैं हमारे माता ,पिता
और गुरु /आज हमें डॉक्टर अब्दुल कलाम की कही हुई इन बातों
के बारे में गंभीरता से सोचना चाहिए, और अपने देश को आगे बढ़ाने
के लिए सभी संभव प्रयास को करना चाहिए/

आज हमें खुद सरकार के
भरोसे ना रहकर जिम्मेदारी लेनी होगी / तथा पर्यावरण प्रदूषण, गंदगी,
बेरोजगारी ,अशिक्षा ,गरीबी ,असमानता,ग्लोबल वार्मिंग,
क्लोरोफ्लोरोकार्बन,दहेज praथा ,जातिवाद, छुआछूत ,
आदि से निपटने के लिए हर संभव प्रयास करना चाहिए/

और जहां तक हो सके ऐसे प्रयासों में अपने स्तर पर पूर्णत;
यह योगदान देना चाहिए/ हमें इन मुद्दों से निपटने के लिए,
लोगों को जागरूक करना चाहिए / तथा बढ़-चढ़कर ऐसे प्रयोजनों
में हिस्सा ले/
